At EliteAutoDirect, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable service. This Return & Refund Policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, accessories, and manuals are included
• The item is not installed, modified, or damaged
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We may request:
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue
If confirmed, we will offer one of the following remedies in line with Australian Consumer Law:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by EliteAutoDirect.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Installed or used automotive electrical components
• Items damaged due to incorrect installation
• Clearance or specially discounted items (unless faulty)

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty
Selected products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
