🛠️ Installation Guide – Tools You'll Need
(Tools are not supplied – you'll need a small Phillips screwdriver and a plastic spudger or knife.)
Remove four screws from the back of the main housing.
Remove four screws from the main board (two black, two silver).
Carefully detach three connectors (two white, one black). Do not remove any other connectors – they are small and easy to break.
Tilt the main circuit board forward to reveal the back of the push button.
Unscrew the single screw holding the centre of the button.
The button will drop out the front. Gently pry off the broken button cover.
Line up the new button cover with the base of the button mount – be careful, as it is attached to a delicate circuit ribbon.
Once aligned, refit the button (don’t forget the spring) and reassemble the unit.
